Armed with a B.S. in Kinesiology from Long Beach State, she’s since earned certifications in Strength & Conditioning (CSCS), Precision Nutrition, Kettlebell Training, XPT Performance Breathing, and Women’s Fitness (NASM), plus experience as a top-tier Equinox Tier X trainer.
